- Jones Lang LaSalle was instructed to identify a development located in the Brussels Airport area and amounting to about 8.000 m² of offices.
- The relocation project in Brussels was considered as the pioneer project for the change in work style and work environment.
- The new building had to be constructed within 16 months after lease signature.
Results
- Jones Lang LaSalle achieved to identify a developer willing and able to commit for the construction of a new & modern building, within the tight time frame and with the ability to reduce real estate related costs.
- Jones Lang LaSalle achieved a 3 year payback period on relocation investments through tough negotiations with the developer. On top, thanks to the competitive financial deal and the high degree of efficiency of the new building, Honeywell could save € 750 k each year on rent expenses.
- The new work style and work environment was successfully implemented.
